Blizzard has just released the full set of Overwatch patch notes for the recent update. Apart from adding in the new hero, they have also included a few new interesting changes.
According to the game’s official website, Moira is now available to play on the live servers. She is a Support hero who can heal her allies or damage foes depending on the situation. However, you will need to deal damage if you want to keep your resource bar up as she has no way of reloading.
The latest Overwatch patch also adds the “leave game as group” option as default. That way, you don’t have to keep on checking the box when leaving matches with your friends. Similarly, one arcade slot will now change every day to Limited Duel, Low Gravity, and Capture the Flag.
Blizzard has also finally patched in the recent hero changes. Mercy has been nerfed once again as her Resurrect now has a 1.75-second cast time. This makes her vulnerable to any crowd control abilities or attacks as she tries to bring an ally back to life. Despite this, she can instantly bring heroes back to life during Valkyrie. Moreover, they have also “increased visual readability” of Mercy’s healing and damage boosting beams.
Ana, on the other hand, has gotten a slight damage buff. Her Biotic Rifle now deals 70 damage instead of 60, allowing her to take down most heroes with three shots. Finally, Winston’s barrier now has a health bar similar to Orisa.
Those in the Grandmaster rank can only play with others within 250 skill rating for fairer fights.
You can try out all of these features by downloading the latest Overwatch patch. Blizzard’s first-person shooter is available to play on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
